Reminiscing...
When I was in New Zealand every day I wrote down a few things that made me happy that day. It made me pay much more attention to where I was and what I was doing, pretty mindfull. It became a long list of small things, like walking with bare feet on the grass (such a nice feeling!) and the sound of the water while I was swimming. Pretty amazing that these little things can make you feel happy for the moment.
I might have to try this listing again now I'm back home. Lots of things to be happy about over here as well. Definitely not the weather though! ☁️❄️☔️ Keeping busy is another good remedy.
What do you do to cheer yourself up? I could do with some ideas.
